3.2. Updates to the Software.
3.2.1. During the Licence Period, and under the condition that you have entered into the Licence Agreement, we will provide periodical updates to the Software so as to continually protect your device(s) against viruses or malware.
3.2.2. Where the Licence Agreement ends for any reason, we will immediately cease to provide any updates and, as a consequence, your device(s) may not be protected against viruses or malware.
3.3 Your obligations in respect of the Software.
3.3.1. You must fully comply with the following obligations throughout the Licence Period:
You must ensure that all of your devices have access to the internet to receive our updates.
3.3.2. If the Licence Agreement ends for any reason, you must immediately remove the Software from your device(s).
3.3.3. If you continue to use the Software on your device(s) you acknowledge and accept that no further updates will be sent by us as a consequence, your device(s) may no longer be protected against viruses or malware and you therefore do so entirely at your own risk.
4.1. Technical support services.

5.1. Minor changes to the Software
5.1.1. to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and/or
5.1.2. to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat. These changes will not affect your use of the Software.
5.2. Updates to the Software.
5.2.1. We may update the Software, since the Software shall always match the description we provided to you before you bought it.
5.3. Updates to these terms and conditions and/or the Licence Agreement.
5.3.1. We may update these terms and conditions and/or the Licence Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
5.3.2. If we do update these terms and conditions and/or the Licence Agreement, we will notify you in your Account Details.
6.1. When we will provide the Software.
6.1.1. We will make the Software available for download by you as soon as we accept your order.
6.1.2. We will continue to supply the Software to you until the Licence Period.
6.1.3. You must check your email address details on any Order Acknowledgement we provide.
6.2. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
6.2.1. If our supply of the Software is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
6.3.1. We will send you reminders by email that your contract for the Software is due to be auto-renewed, this email will confirm the renewal price.
6.4. Payment of Software purchased under the subscription model
6.4.1. You will be charged the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) which applies at the date of renewal, for the Software.
7.1 For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
7.1.1. to cancel your service contract with us;
7.2. You are also entitled to choose a refund.
8.1. Tell us you want to end the contract.
8.1.1. To end the contract with us, please let us know by contacting us via form on the site.
8.2. How we will refund you.
8.2.1. We will refund you the price you paid for the Software by the method you used for payment.
8.3. When your refund will be made.
8.3.1. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. Notice, that it can take up to ten (10) business days to receive the refund depending on your Bank, etc.
9.1. We may end the contract if you break it.
9.1.1. We may end the contract for the Software at any time by writing to you if:

220.127.116.11. you fail to enter into, or breach the terms of, the Licence Agreement;

11.1. Safenetbrowser reserves all rights to bring an action to prohibit or stop any unauthorized use.
11.2. If you do not comply with the applicable law and/or these Terms and Conditions, we may be forced to bring an action to collect damages and/or prohibit your behavior or stop you from any unauthorized use of our Program.

13.1. The subscription grants the Customer the right to use Safenetbrowser. The subscription may not be used by other people or organizations.
13.2. Your subscription plan is activated immediately after your payment is processed. The payment is possible by using a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Amex etc.) and will be executed by a payment provider Stripe or Clearhaus.
13.3. Notice, that all of our subscription plans are non-recurring and will not automatically renew each month.
13.4. All prices are final, fixed and clear, there are no additional or hidden charges.
13.5. If your subscription has expired and you would like to re-subscribe to one of our subscription plans, it can be done manually.
